Job summary

Oliver Bernard is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join a London AI Deployment team. The role focuses on production software engineering with AI at its core, embedding with departments, turning vague pains into shipped systems, and enabling self-serve AI tooling across the company.

You will work on Python-based pipelines, agent workflows, and customer-facing AI deployment, ensuring robust guardrails and reusable architecture in a hybrid London environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong Python experience and track record delivering production-grade LLM deployments.
• Experience with evals, guardrails, PII handling and prompt-injection awareness.
• Ability to design human-in-the-loop processes and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Background in software engineering, AI, data science or forward-deployed engineering.

Responsibilities

• Departmental engagements: build Python pipelines and agent workflows that become core business processes.
• Customer-facing AI deployment: bridge between ML models and live customer features.
• Develop AI platform capabilities, including guardrails, sandboxing, workflows and reusable gateways.
