Job summary

HT Recruitment Limited is helping a client hire an AI Solutions Engineer in London. This hands-on role focuses on turning AI concepts into real products, workflows and commercial impact.

You will work with AI automation leads and senior stakeholders to move ideas from concept to production, deploying AI agents, LLM apps and automation across the business.

We're looking for an exceptional AI Solutions Engineer to take some of the most exciting developments in AI — LLMs, agents, RAG, automation and multi-agent systems — and turn them into real products, real workflows and real commercial impact.

You'll work directly with the AI Automation Lead and senior business stakeholders, taking complex problems from "surely AI could do this?" to solutions that are live, being used and delivering measurable results.

You'll be right at the intersection of AI engineering, automation and business transformation, with the freedom to experiment, build and make things happen.

What you'll be doing

• Build and deploy AI agents, LLM applications, RAG systems and automated workflows.
• Experiment with the latest AI models, tools and architectures.
