Job summary

HappyRobot is hiring a versatile Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers, onboarding and implementing the AI platform, and driving ongoing value. You will combine strong software skills with excellent communication to deliver tailored solutions across customer engagements.

You will build features and MVPs using React, TypeScript, Node.js and Python, while iterating on AI/ML applications including LLM prompting and voice tuning.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack capabilities with modern web stacks (React/TypeScript/Node.js).
• Hands-on experience in Python and building AI/ML apps including LLM prompting.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to onboard, implement, and support HappyRobot’s AI platform.
• Develop features and MVPs that deliver measurable customer outcomes.
• Build robust applications and tools using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Design and iterate AI/ML solutions, including LLM prompting and voice tuning.
• Manage APIs and integrations with third-party systems for seamless customer use.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering and Customer Success to tailor solutions.
