In this senior, customer-facing role, you will navigate complex enterprise environments, manage stakeholders, and drive architecture decisions that balance feasibility and impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in software or AI engineering, solution architecture, consulting, or related fields.
• Significant experience with enterprise customers and credibility with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience independently leading discovery, problem framing, and solution shaping in ambiguous environments.
• Experience creating prototypes, proof points, or working solutions to validate assumptions.
• Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions involving architecture, data, security, and deployment constraints.
• Ability to apply domain context to customer workflows and KPIs for value-driven decisions.
• Experience connecting technology choices to measurable outcomes such as adoption and efficiency.
• Collaborating with product, engineering, platform, and delivery teams to determine the right solution and route.
• Experience evaluating build, buy, reuse, product, partner, or platform options pragmatically.
• Ability to operate independently in complex enterprise environments and maintain momentum.
• Ability to capture reusable patterns and share learnings to improve future delivery.
• Providing guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to colleagues and practitioners.
