Isomorphic Labs is seeking a Research Lead in Formulation Sciences to lead (pre)-formulation efforts for small molecules across drug discovery and preclinical development. The role involves close collaboration with drug design, CMC, and preclinical teams to deliver robust formulations.

The candidate will oversee stability studies, design novel formulation strategies, and author regulatory submissions. A PhD plus 6+ years in biotech/pharma are expected, with hybrid work in London.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in pharmaceutical science or related field.
• 6+ years in biotech/pharma.
• Experience developing oral solid dosage forms.
• Experience supporting IND packages.
• Deep knowledge of preformulation and drug delivery technologies.
• Strong understanding of ICH and FDA guidelines.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute formation strategies for small molecules across discovery to preclinical.
• Design and refine formulation technologies to optimise solubility, stability, and manufacturability.
• Develop and interpret stability studies per ICH/ASAP; implement in-process controls.
• Collaborate across multi-disciplinary preclinical teams for integrated solutions.
• Author technical reports, protocols, and regulatory submissions in line with internal policies.
