Platform Recruitment in London is seeking a Drug Delivery Scientist to advance formulation development and delivery technologies. The role focuses on designing, optimizing and evaluating complex therapeutics, with strong emphasis on experimental work and data-driven decision making.

The candidate will work onsite five days a week in a multidisciplinary setting, communicating findings across teams and supporting technology transfer toward scalable processes.

Formación

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or closely related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in formulation development or drug delivery research.
• Experience developing, optimizing and characterising complex formulations.
• Ability to design experiments, analyse data and troubleshoot.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimise advanced formulations for therapeutic delivery.
• Design and conduct experiments to assess formulation performance, stability and key physicochemical properties.
• Characterise formulations using analytical techniques and interpret results to guide development.
• Evaluate delivery performance through in vitro studies with relevant biological models.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to improve delivery systems.
• Maintain clear records and support decisions across the research team.
