Job summary

Alpro is seeking a Filling Operator for our Kettering site. You will maintain the production process, ensure safety and quality, and manage line operations across shifts, including nights and weekends.

The role requires GCSE or equivalent, fluent written and spoken English, and experience in a food manufacturing environment. IT systems knowledge (MS Office) and allergen awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Communication in written and verbal English.
• Experience of working in a food manufacturing environment.
• Awareness of food allergen & basic food hygiene.
• Working knowledge of IT systems such as MS Office.
• Available and fit for shift work, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production process and ensure safe, productive operation.
• Record production statistics and monitor equipment operation.
• Oversee the production line and document information daily.
