Job summary

TGR Haas F1 Team in Banbury, UK, is seeking a Stores & Inventory Operator to support day-to-day operations during a high-demand pre-season build period. You will handle goods receipt, stock control, picking, and data entry in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and traceability of parts and serial numbers.

Working under the Stores & Inventory Manager, you will collaborate with logistics and procurement, maintain a clean stores environment, and follow safety and governance standards.

Qualifications

• GCSE, High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or motorsport environment (preferably Formula 1).
• Must have valid driver’s license and meet liability/casualty insurance requirements.
• Leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day tasks efficiently and within agreed timescales.
• Receive parts, goods in, and ensure data entry is complete and accurate.
• Maintain stock control, traceability of parts and serial numbers.
• Work with logistics, procurement and stores to ensure auditable processes.
• Keep stores clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with loading/unloading of freight and support pre-season build activity.
