Job summary

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced FLT operative to support the Rocester manufacturing site. You will load and unload deliveries, perform FLT pre-use checks and help keep the workspace safe and clean on a busy site.

This permanent, full-time role runs on a day shift from 6am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. Own transport is essential. Prior forklift experience and a strong safety focus are required to join our values-driven team at Pinnacle Group.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence (Tele-truck J5, Counterbalance B1/B2) required.
• Experience in warehouse or construction site with forklifts or similar machinery.
• Customer service oriented with good communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries to site for Pinnacle.
• Ensure FLT pre-use checks are completed and logged.
• Adhere to work schedule and attendance policy.
• Plant operations clean-up as required.
• Empty waste from inside the factory and take to waste yard.
• Replenish stock around site.
• Attend AD-HOC requests promptly.

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced FLT (Counter Balance & Teletruk) Operative to support the main logistical operations for our manufacturing site. You will be joining our Pinnacle Workplace Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Rocester ST14. Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments. Your role will involve answering to requests, dropping off deliveries by loading and unloading trucks, trailers using a Counterbalance FLT. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. We are offering a Permanent Role - Full-Time Day Shift working Monday to Friday 6am – 3pm. * Own transport is essential If you take pride in maintaining a safe and clean environment and have experience in industrial cleaning, we would love to hear from you.

Skills & Key Requirements

• Tele-truck J5 & Counterbalance B1 & B2 licence * Essential
• Accredited Counterbalance Forklift Operating licence from an industry-recognised body such as RTITB
• Experience working in a warehouse or on a construction site operating forklifts, heavy goods vehicles, or other industrial machinery
• Commitment to Customer Service with good communication skills
• Good knowledge and experience in warehouse health and safety requirements
• Ability to work as part of a team with other staff to coordinate the movement of goods, and able to use own initiative.
• Experience working to tight schedules.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
