Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited in Rugby is seeking a Warehouse/FLT Worker for an immediate start. The role involves varied warehouse duties, including forklift operation, heavy lifting and manual handling. You will work 07:00 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday and 07:00 to 13:30 on Friday, earning £13.50 per hour with holiday pay accrual up to 28 days per year, pro rata. Genuine temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• You must have a valid and in date FLT licence.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferably have your own transport.
• Happy lifting moderately heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and process incoming stock.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately.
• Load and unload vehicles and move goods using licensed equipment.
• Maintain clean, organised storage areas and label/sort stock.
• Carry out stock counts and support inventory audits using WMS.
• Follow health, safety, PPE, and manual handling procedures.
