Job summary

JDR Recruitment is staffing a Forklift Operative role in Yeovil, Somerset. The position requires a valid Counterbalance licence and previous FLT experience in a warehouse setting. You will work Monday to Friday, 7am–5pm, on a temporary to permanent contract with immediate start.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, moving goods, and upholding health and safety standards. Benefits include ongoing work with weekly pay and free parking; training is provided.

Qualifications

• In-date Counterbalance licence required.
• Previous forklift/FLT experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Able to commit to the advertised shift pattern and hours.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products.

• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
• Assist with other duties as required by the manager/shift leader.

We are looking for a reliable and hard working Forklift Operative

Pay: £13.62 an hour

Location: Yeovil, Somerset

Immediate start

Previous experience required, valid Counterbalance licence required

As a Forklift Operative, you will be working within a warehouse environment, and your duties will be as followed:

• Ensuring health and safety is always adhered to
• Assisting with other general duties as required by manager/shift leader

About you:

As a Forklift Operative you will have the following skills and experience:

• Have an in-date Counterbalance licence
• Looking for long term work
• Have previous experience using a Counterbalance FLT truck
• You will be able to commit to the hours advertised
• You can get to Yeovil for the shift times advertised
