Job summary

Europa Worldwide Group is seeking a PM shift VNA Driver for our Corby site, Monday to Friday, 2pm–10pm. You will join a fast-paced warehouse team, performing safe forklift operations and MHE checks while following company procedures.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK driving licence.
• Awareness of health & safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and pro-active.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out tasks per warehouse team leader instructions.
• Perform all MHE checks before use.
• Operate forklift trucks safely.
• Load and unload vehicles and check goods for damage.
• Carry out stock replenishments and bulk pallet picks.
• Receipt inbound stock.
• Move inbound stock to allocated areas.
• Complete internal pallet moves to consolidate.
• Maintain MHE cleanliness and report issues promptly.
• Adhere to safety standards for all employees and visitors.
• Check warehouse floor at end of shift to ensure all items shipped.
• Remove damaged pallets, shrink wrap and debris to maintain a safe floor.

We are currently recruiting for an PM shift (Monday to Friday, 2pm–10pm) VNA Driver to join our busy and growing team based in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable, motivated, and looking to develop their skills within a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

What you will be doing:

• Carry out tasks as per instructions from warehouse team leader and supervisor/ or as per process agreed with team leaders and warehouse supervisors /Managers in accordance with information and training provided and completed.
• Perform all Manual Handling Equipment (MHE) checks before using.
• Operate forklift trucks safely in line with process and procedure.
• Use and follow the “stop block and wheel chock’ process at all times.
• Safely load on and unload off vehicles and check goods visually for any sign of damage and correct labelling.
• Perform stock replenishments and bulk pallet picks.
• Carry out the receipting of inbound stock.
• Ensure that inbound stock is moved to the correct allocated areas.
• Complete Internal pallet moves to consolidate.
• Ensure that all MHE are clean and maintained to the correct standards in line with the training provided and ensure that all issues of failure to meet these standards are reported without delay.
• Ensure that all work is carried out within Company safety standards that also covers a responsibility for all other employees and visitors at all times.
• Complete a check of the warehouse floor at the end of the shift to ensure all required items have been shipped and nothing has been excluded from the process.
• Ensure the removal of all damaged or broken pallets, shrink wrap and debris from floor at all times to ensure safety of all employees and visitors.
