Job summary

Echo Personnel Limited is looking for VNA Drivers to join a busy distribution operation in Kettering. This role requires confidence operating Reach Truck and VNA equipment, with licences for both, and a keen eye for accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse.

Two shifts are available: AM 6:00–2:00 (£14.09 per hour) and PM 2:00–10:00 (£14.69 per hour). You will handle stock, use WMS and scanners, perform safety checks and help maintain a clean, safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Reach Truck licence and a VNA forklift licence are essential.
• Experience operating Reach and VNA trucks in a warehouse environment is required.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in picking/stock movement are important.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Truck and VNA equipment safely and efficiently
• Put away, replenish, and pick stock accurately within the warehouse
• Work with warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners
• Carry out daily equipment checks and report faults or issues
• Ensure all stock is handled with care to prevent damage
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Work to set targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy

We are currently recruiting for:

• 1 x AM Shift Driver (6:00am – 2:00pm) – £14.09 per hour
• 1 x PM Shift Driver (2:00pm – 10:00pm) – £14.69 per hour

This role requires candidates who are confident operating both Reach Truck and VNA equipment and have valid licences for both.
