Pall-Ex are seeking a FLT Driver to join the team at Pall-Ex House, Ellistown, Leicestershire. This is a permanent, Monday–Friday role (40 hours per week) with a starting salary of £28,408.22 per annum.

You will load/unload goods, stack pallets, and operate scanning equipment while keeping within health and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will hold a valid FLT counter-balance licence, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and have good communication skills to work as part of a

Qualifications

• Hold a valid FLT counter-balance license (essential).
• Previous pallet network experience would be an advantage.
• Experience in using scanning equipment.
• Attention to detail especially with regard to Health and Safety practices.
• Good communication skills.
• Team player.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload goods safely.
• Stack goods and pallets.
• Check loads are secure and stacking empty pallets.
• Accurate picking and daily equipment checks.
• Keep the warehouse clean and tidy; adhere to health and safety policies.
• Occasional outdoor work when required.

About the role:

The duties will include safe loading and unloading of goods, stacking goods, checking loads are secure, stacking empty pallets, accurate picking and performing daily equipment checks. Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy is paramount along with adhering to our strict health and safety policies. There is a requirement to work outside on an ad hoc basis.

The ideal candidate will have:
