Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Forklift Driver (Counterbalance) for a days-based role in Rugby. Initially based in Crick until January, you will transfer to a brand-new warehouse facility in Rugby.

The job operates on a 4-on, 4-off day shift with in-house FLT training provided, offering a path to permanent employment. You will move goods, load vehicles, and uphold safety standards while supporting daily logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
• Counterbalance FLT licence preferred, though in-house training is available.
• Pallet truck experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks and Pallet Trucks
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Move, stack, and organise stock throughout the warehouse
• Carry out stock movements in line with operational requirements
• Support general warehouse duties when required
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
• Complete required paperwork and warehouse documentation accurately
