Job summary

Manpower UK seeks a permanent FLT Driver for night shifts at its Crick logistics hub, with relocation to a new Rugby warehouse in January. Working 18:00 to 06:00 on a 4-on, 4-off rota, you will handle counterbalance and pallet truck duties, ensuring safe material movement.

Initially temporary, this position transitions to permanent employment. Candidates should possess valid counterbalance or pallet truck experience, though training is available.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
• Counterbalance FLT licence preferred; in-house training available.
• Pallet truck experience desirable.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks and Pallet Trucks
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Move, stack, and organise stock throughout the warehouse
• Carry out stock movements in line with operational requirements
• Support general warehouse duties when required
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
• Complete required paperwork and warehouse documentation accurately
