Job summary

Meridian Business Support is recruiting for a Forklift/FLT Driver (Bendi/Flexi) in Rugby on a fixed 4 on, 4 off shift pattern from 6am to 6pm. The role offers a modern warehouse environment and ongoing long‑term opportunities.

Key duties include operating Bendi/Flexi trucks, moving and stacking goods, unloading deliveries and ensuring health and safety at all times. A valid Bendi or Flexi licence is required, with in‑house licences accepted.

Qualifications

• Valid Bendi or Flexi forklift licence (in-house licences accepted).
• Experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Bendi and Flexi trucks within a large distribution centre.
• Put away stock accurately and safely.
• Move products between warehouse locations.
• Replenish pick faces and storage areas.
• Unload incoming deliveries and prepare goods for dispatch.
