Job summary

Just Temps is seeking a motivated Forklift Driver for a leading logistics operation in Roade, Northamptonshire. The role is night shift (9.30pm–6am) with a starting salary of £13.88 per hour and potential to become permanent after up to 12 weeks.

Responsibilities include safely operating forklifts, loading/unloading goods, and supporting stock replenishment in a warehouse setting. Applicants should hold a Counterbalance Licence and a valid driving licence with own transport.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Immediate availability or short-notice start.
• Hold a full driving licence with access to own vehicle.

Forklift Driver - Just Temps is currently looking for motivated Forklift Driver to join a leading logistics operation based in Roade, Northamptonshire on a night shift basis!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a warehouse environment. The role will initially be a temporary position for up to 12 weeks and for the right candidate will go permanent!

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods efficiently within the warehouse. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30pm-6am with a starting salary of £13.88 per hour.

Key Duties

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse - must have a valid accredited Counterbalance License
• Handle materials with care, ensuring proper stacking, storage, and organization of goods
• Support warehouse operations by participating in stock replenishment and order fulfilment
• Maintain a clean, organised work environment while always adhering to safety protocols

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks when required
• Hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence - this is essential
• Immediately available or available to start at short notice
• Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle - this is essential
