Interaction Recruitment is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver to join a busy Royston site on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The role involves loading, unloading, and general warehouse duties, with a counterbalance forklift licence required.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (Fridays 8-4), paid weekly at £12.90 per hour. This is a long-term opportunity with a well-established company, offering secure progression for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid counterbalance forklift licence is required.
• Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Operate counterbalance forklift to move materials and stock around the warehouse.
• Picking and preparing goods for dispatch.
• Receiving and checking incoming deliveries.
• Moving and storing stock safely within the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Carrying out general warehouse duties as required.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
• Following all company health and safety procedures.
• Working as part of a team to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.
