Job summary

Impact Recruitment Services in Corby is seeking a Counterbalance Forklift Driver for a temp-to-perm role at a market-leading manufacturer.

You will operate counterbalance forklifts on day and night shifts, with 40-hour weeks and overtime paid at premium rates. A valid forklift certificate and physical fitness are required; you will work to tight deadlines while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift certificate.
• Be physically fit and happy to do physical work.
• Be able to work to tight deadlines.
• Be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Driving the Counterbalance and using other MHE.
• Assisting other departments.
• Optimising space utilisation.
• Manual banding, strapping and moving materials around the warehouse.
• Working in a safe manner and adhering to all health and safety standards.

Role

Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.

Sunday to Thursday: 22:00-06:00.

Basic Salary

06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00 – £15.14 per hour (40 Hours – All breaks Paid).

22:00-06:00 – £15.62 per hour (40 Hours – All breaks Paid).
