Job summary

Spider Web Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Forklift Driver for our client in Sudbury, Suffolk. The role requires operating a counterbalance forklift, order picking, and supporting warehouse duties. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

You must hold a valid accredited Counterbalance Forklift Licence, have a full driving licence, and access to a vehicle. This is a full-time, temporary position with 4 on 4 off shifts and 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am.

Qualifications

• Valid accredited Counterbalance forklift licence.
• Immediate availability or short-notice start.
• Full driving licence with access to own vehicle (essential).

Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift at height.
• Prepare and pick orders as required.

Job Title: Forklift Driver

Location: Sudbury, Suffolk

Contract: Full-time, Temporary

Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour

Hours: 4 on 4 off | 6am-6pm / 6pm - 6am | 2 days / 2 nights

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Forklift Driver to join the fast-paced team of our valued client in Sudbury, Suffolk. IMMEDIATE START!

Key Duties:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift at height
• Preparing and picking orders as required
• Very fast paced; unload a pallet every few minutes
• Supporting warehouse operations and maintaining a tidy working environment

About You:

You’ll be a confident forklift driver with experience using counterbalance trucks. Be safety-focused as well as being comfortable with working at height. You will need to go through OHC (Occupational Health Clearance).

Requirements:

• A valid accredited Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Immediately available or available to start at short notice
• Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle – this is essential
