Job summary

The Best Connection is hiring for a Warehouse Operative with Counterbalance Forklift experience in Gloucester. You will operate a Counterbalance FLT safely, move stock around the warehouse and perform general duties to support production.

This role offers weekly pay, 28 days' annual leave pro-rata, pension contributions and online payslips with flexible shift patterns across a Monday–Friday rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential.
• Experience in warehouse duties.
• Ability to operate safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Move stock around the warehouse.
• General warehouse duties as required.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, tidy, and organised.
• Liaise with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
