Job summary

QS Recruitment are recruiting for Counterbalance forklift drivers for daytime weekday shifts in the United Kingdom. The role combines FLT operation and warehousing, with the majority on the forklift and some pallet handling.

Working hours are 07:00–15:00, Monday to Friday, temporary ongoing work with a starting hourly rate of £13.50 rising to £14.20. 28 days holiday pro rata; visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is required.
• In-date Counter Balance forklift licence is essential.
• Experience with reach licence is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load stock from containers.
• Move stock around the warehouse and label orders.
• Work across FLT and warehousing with priority on forklift tasks.

ARE YOU AN FLT DRIVER? WE NEED YOU!

We are currently recruiting for Counterbalance drivers for daytime weekday week.

As a Forklift operative you will be responsible for:

• unloading and loading stock from containers
• moving stock around the warehouse
• labelling and picking orders

The role is a combination of FLT and warehousing with the majority of time being on the forklift, so you must be comfortable working in both these areas.

Duration: This is a temporary role with ongoing work

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: Starting wage of £13.50ph rising to £14.20ph.Plus 28 days of holiday pro rata.We do not offer visa sponsorships

Working Hours: Monday to Friday working from 07:00 until 15:00

Experience & Qualifications

You MUST have relevant experience in a similar field and have an in date (Externally accredited) Forklift licence for Counter Balance and ideally Reach (although this is not essential)
