Job summary

S1jobs is recruiting a Maintenance Assistant for a client in the oilfield services sector, based at Dyce, Aberdeen. The role is a fixed-term contract running until 31 May 2027, with on-site work and a focus on timely delivery of equipment and asset utilization.

You will perform low-level maintenance under supervision, follow CMMS procedures, support Maintenance Technicians, and help record materials, labour, and work orders in the TLM system.

Qualifications

• Forklift licences B1 and B2 are mandatory.
• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• B3 training can be provided during the contract.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is delivered on time and according to operational demands.
• Increase asset utilization and efficiency.
• Work under supervision of Technicians or Maintenance Supervisors.
• Perform low-level, non-invasive maintenance tasks.
• Comply with CMMS, maintenance programs and standard work.
• Record materials, labour costs and equipment maintenance history.
• Adhere to TLM standards and supporting continuous improvement.
