Role: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist

Candidate should have 15+ years of experience with IT and 10-12 years of in-depth domain and technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management, with strong proficiency in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS. The role involves designing, analyzing, and planning architecture for IAM solutions.

Responsibilities include:

1. Implementation and support experience for medium to large-scale customers across various industry verticals.
2. Active participation in project execution, demonstrating strong technical skills.
3. Understanding clients' business environments, mapping requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, and proactively suggesting alternatives.

Qualifications include:

• Experience in implementing and supporting ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS solutions.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience is mandatory.
• CISSP certification is a bonus.
• Willingness to travel.

Additional skills and experience:

• Experience with LDAP concepts, Active Directory, and ForgeRock directories.
• Knowledge of upgrade and migration of ForgeRock components.
• Deployment experience in high-availability environments, clustering, and component setup.
• Web services (SOAP, REST, JSON), customization, and extension of ForgeRock solutions.
• Development experience with connectors, SDK, and business logic configuration.
• Integration with reporting platforms, backend systems, and cloud setups (Docker, GKE, Terraform).
• Knowledge of Java, J2EE, XML, and performance testing.
• GCP experience is mandatory.

Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of strong IAM implementation experience.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
