Required Skills:

• Implementation and support of ForgeRock Customer IAM (CIAM), Identity Manager (IDM), Access Manager (AM), and Directory Services (DS).
• Experience with LDAP concepts and working with directories such as Active Directory and ForgeRock Directory Services.
• Experience in upgrading and migrating ForgeRock solutions.
• Deployment knowledge in high availability environments and clustering.
• Hands-on experience with setting up ForgeRock components like User Store, Provisioning Store, Admin Console, and Provisioning Server.
• Exposure to Webservices (SOAP, REST, JSON), client development, and querying.
• Customization and extension of ForgeRock and LDAP schemas.
• Connector development using ForgeRock SDK and Java.
• Creating and managing business logic with identity policies, user journeys, and workflows.
• Integration of ForgeRock with reporting platforms, provisioning targets, and backend systems.
• Experience with cloud setups (Docker, GKE, Terraform).
• Knowledge of account templates, system integration, and backup/restoration planning.
• Experience with Java/J2EE, XML, and performance testing of ForgeRock components.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
• GCP knowledge is mandatory.
• Understanding of LDAP, Active Directory-based authentication, and security protocols like OAuth and MTLS.
• Design experience including data modeling and requirement interpretation.
• Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, RDBMS (Oracle, Postgres), Microservices, Kubernetes.
