The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of experience in IT, with 10-12 years of in-depth domain and technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management, demonstrating strong proficiency in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS. Experience in designing, analysis, and architecture planning is essential.

1. Implementation and support experience for medium to large-scale customers across various industry verticals.
2. Active participation in project execution, demonstrating strong technical skills.
3. Ability to understand clients' business environments and map requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, proactively suggesting alternatives when necessary.

The candidate should be a self-starter with strong organizational skills, a team-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills. Customer-facing experience is required. CISSP certification is a plus, and willingness to travel is expected.

Required Skills:

• Implementation and support of ForgeRock Customer IAM (CIAM), Identity Manager (IDM), Access Manager (AM), and Directory Services (DS).
• Hands-on experience with LDAP concepts and working with directories like Active Directory and ForgeRock Directory Services.
• Experience in upgrading and migrating ForgeRock components.
• Knowledge of deployment in high availability environments and clustering.
• Experience setting up ForgeRock components such as user store, provisioning store, admin console, and provisioning server.
• Exposure to Webservices (SOAP, Rest, JSON), client development, and querying.
• Customization and extension of ForgeRock components and LDAP schemas.
• Connector development, resource configuration, and SDK usage.
• Creating and managing business logic using identity policies, user journeys, and workflows.
• Integration of ForgeRock with reporting platforms, backend systems, and multiple target systems for provisioning.
• Experience with cloud setups (Docker, GKE, Terraform) and backup/restore planning.
• Knowledge of account templates, integration with AD, Exchange, HR systems, Linux, and application servers.
• Proficiency in JAVA / J2EE, XML, performance testing, and understanding authentication protocols like OAuth.
