We are seeking a candidate with 15+ years of experience in IT, including 10-12 years of in-depth domain and technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management, with strong proficiency in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS. The candidate should have experience in designing, analysis, and architecture planning.

The role involves:

1. Implementation and support experience for medium to large-scale customers across various industry verticals.
2. Active participation in project execution, demonstrating strong technical skills.
3. Understanding clients' business environments, mapping requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, and proactively suggesting alternatives as needed.

Additional qualities include being a self-starter with strong organizational skills, excellent teamwork, and communication skills. Customer-facing exposure is mandatory. CISSP certification is a bonus, and willingness to travel is required.

Required Skills include:

• Implementation and support of ForgeRock Customer IAM (CIAM), Identity Manager (IDM), Access Manager (AM), Directory Services (DS), and related components.
• Experience with LDAP concepts, directories like Active Directory and ForgeRock Directory Services.
• Experience in upgrading and migrating ForgeRock solutions, deploying in high availability environments, and setting up components like user stores and provisioning servers.
• Exposure to web services (SOAP, REST, JSON), customization/extending ForgeRock components, connector development, and integration with reporting platforms.
• Experience with cloud setups (Docker, GKE, Terraform), and tools like GCP, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Cloud Functions, GCS, and Labelling.
• Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, XML, performance testing, and security protocols like OAuth.

Qualifications include:

• 10-12 years of IAM implementation experience.
• Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience.
• CISSP certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.

Technical skills encompass operating systems, IAM tools, cloud environments, web servers, programming languages, databases, directory servers, and API gateways.
