Required Skills:

• Implementation and support of ForgeRock Customer IAM (CIAM), Identity Manager (IDM), Access Manager (AM), Directory Services (DS).
• Experience with LDAP concepts and directories like Active Directory, ForgeRock Directory Services.
• Experience in upgrading and migrating ForgeRock components.
• Knowledge of deployment in high availability environments and clustering.
• Hands-on setup of ForgeRock components such as user store, provisioning store, admin console, provisioning server.
• Exposure to web services (SOAP, REST, JSON) and client development.
• Customization and extension of ForgeRock components and LDAP schema.
• Experience with connector development, resource configuration, and SDK usage.
• Creating and managing business logic using identity policies, user journeys, and workflows.
• Integration experience with reporting platforms and provisioning targets.
• Cloud setup experience (Docker, GKE, Terraform).
• Configuration of explore & correlate systems, backup/restore planning, account templates.
• Integration with systems like AD, Exchange, HR systems, Linux.
• Development of IDM workflows, forms, and components.
• Experience with application servers (WebLogic, WebSphere).
• Strong understanding of Java/J2EE, XML, and performance testing.
• GCP knowledge is mandatory.
• Experience with LDAP, Active Directory authentication.
• Data modeling and design experience.
• Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, RDBMS (Oracle, Postgres), Microservices, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP or others), GKE, cloud functions, GCS, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Postgres performance tuning.
• Understanding of authentication protocols, MTLS, certificates, OAuth.
