Workforce Staffing is seeking a Forge Operative – Aerospace in Redditch. This permanent, hands-on role involves shaping hot metal into precision aerospace components. No prior experience required as comprehensive training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in forging, press work, foundry, factory or heavy industrial settings is advantageous but not essential.
• Candidates with transferable production experience are encouraged to apply.

Are you seeking a permanent, hands‑on role with a reputable aerospace manufacturer in Redditch? We are currently recruiting Forge Operatives to assist in producing high‑quality metal components for aircraft. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates.

• £28,392 per annum on day shifts (£14 per hour)
• Up to £32,552 per annum on rotating and weekend shifts, including a £50–£80 weekly shift allowance
