Job summary

Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff is seeking a Creative Development Producer to join the Arts and Engagement team and help develop new work through Forge, our artist development programme.

You will coordinate day-to-day delivery across three strands: Develop your Practice, Develop your Idea, Develop your Project. You will manage open calls, artist communications, budgets and schedules, and help strengthen connections across Wales' creative sector.

Qualifications

• Experience working with artists, creative practitioners or the development of new work.
• Strong project coordination and administration skills including managing budgets, schedules and project plans.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with a collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Commitment to inclusion, accessibility and supporting diverse creative voices.
• Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery supporting artists across Forge strands.
• Manage open calls and artist communications.
• Coordinate budgets, schedules and programme activity.
• Support artists' development and engagement with mentors, partners and opportunities.
• Strengthen relationships across Wales' creative sector and connect artists with opportunities.
