Job summary

Willing care in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework. You will plan indoor and outdoor learning experiences, support children's confidence and independence, and maintain safeguarding standards across the nursery's grounds, including forest area and mud kitchen.

The role requires Level 3 Early Years qualification, nursery experience, excellent communication, and a nurturing, child-centered

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and support engaging indoor and outdoor learning experiences.
• Encourage children's confidence, curiosity, and independence.
• Make full use of the nursery's outdoor spaces, including the forest area, mud kitchen, and sandpit.
• Observe, assess, and monitor children's development and progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times.
