Job summary

Willing care in the United Kingdom is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a thriving nursery rated Good by Ofsted. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care and education under the EYFS framework, planning engaging activities, and supporting children's wellbeing.

We expect a Level 3 Early Years qualification, experience in a nursery, and strong safeguarding knowledge. You’ll join a nurturing, child-centred team with Forest School sessions, outdoor play areas, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification required.
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is desirable.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework is essential.
• Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
• Plan and participate in engaging activities reflecting children's interests and developmental needs.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Support outdoor learning experiences and play-based exploration.
• Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times.
