Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse for our inpatient services in Health and Justice. The role at Oakwood, a locked forensic rehabilitation ward, will involve clinical leadership, supervision, and oversight within a multidisciplinary team.

The post requires 18 months post-qualifying experience and eligibility for UK Skilled Worker sponsorship while meeting the Trust’s criteria.

Qualifications

• NMC registration with RMNH or RNLD.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
• Recognised Practice Supervisor and/or Practice Assessor or equivalent. Requirement to achieve within 6 months.
• Trained in Clinical Supervision or willing to work towards within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership to support the Team Manager and provide clinical oversight.
• Responsible for roster management, care planning, quality improvement, and training needs.
• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship and guidance to staff and students.
• Be flexible to work across a 7 day week and 24 hour period as per clinical requirements.
