Responsibilities

• Lead on risk assessment and risk management and take part in ACCT and self-harm assessments.
• Provide supervision to trainee psychologists and staff.
• Train and support trainees and other staff in line with competencies and gateways.
• Develop strategy and plans, including managing programme assessments for indeterminate sentence prisoners.
• Deliver consultancy to Senior Management Team on psychology services and outcomes.
