• Lead on building algorithmic approaches to improve accuracy and automation.
• Own project plans, timelines, risks and issue management.
• Act as expert across store ordering, supplier ordering, demand forecasting and pricing.
• Present investment needs to senior stakeholders and plan right-first-time implementations.
• Validate forecast improvements to maximise availability and reduce stock/markdowns.
• Balance high-quality model development with business-focused solutions.
