What You’ll Do:

• Design Brilliance:Create and develop original designs that captivate and inspire, incorporating the latest trends and customer preferences in high-street fashion.
• Collaborative Spirit:Work seamlessly with our design team to push the boundaries of seasonal color, fabric selections, and micro-trend innovations.
• Visual Storytelling:Transform your concepts into stunning sketches, technical drawings, and digital illustrations with tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Global Collaboration:Partner with account managers and offshore development teams to finalize seasonal collections, ensuring your vision reaches fashion lovers worldwide!
• Fabric & Material Expertise:Select the perfect fabrics, trims, and materials that align with your collection’s aesthetic while conducting tests to ensure quality and performance.
• Prototyping Excellence:Work closely with sample makers to ensure prototypes align perfectly with your design vision and specifications.
• Quality Champion:Monitor and ensure the highest quality standards of samples, collaborating with our quality control team to resolve any issues during production.

Who You Are:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• With demonstrated experience in men's, ladies and kids design for high-street brands, you are adept at navigating current trends and consumer demands.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, your skills may extend to 3D design software.
• You possess a solid understanding of materials and manufacturing processes, enabling you to create designs that resonate with target markets.
• Strong organizational skills help you manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a bustling environment.
• Your positive, proactive mindset drives you to seek solutions and embrace challenges.
