Job summary

Chelsea Football Club, based in London, is seeking a proactive leader to oversee the Football Projects programme at Cobham Training Ground. The role encompasses planning, communication, and delivery of a diverse slate of coaching activities, camps and events.

You will work with the Football Projects Manager to create additional revenue through coaching programmes and expand the club''s reach through wider area partnerships and events.

• Lead and support the planning, communication and delivery of Football Projects programmes at Cobham Training Ground.
• Cooperate with the Football Projects Manager to generate additional income and surplus through a range of coaching programmes.
• Develop wider area network opportunities to increase commercial revenue and enhance programme delivery.
• Coordinate holiday camps, 1:1 sessions, experience days, touring groups, festivals, tournaments, coaching activities and matchdays.
