Job summary

Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is seeking a Scouting Insights Analyst to shape the club’s recruitment strategy through data-driven analysis and insight. You will join the Football Insights department, working with scouts, recruitment staff and leadership to identify, evaluate and monitor talent globally.

You will develop statistical models, apply event and tracking data, and turn complex football data into actionable intelligence to support recruitment decisions and long-term squad planning.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis with statistics and visualization.
• Strong programming capability for statistical analysis and modelling.
• Deep understanding of football analytics, player evaluation metrics and data providers.

Responsibilities

• Leverage advanced statistical analysis to identify and evaluate targets across global markets.
• Design and enhance data-driven scouting tools and workflows.
• Produce reports, visualisations and presentations for scouts and leadership.
