Job summary

Stallion Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Foot Mobile Mechanical / HVAC Engineer to cover a group of high-end commercial sites in West Central London.

The role focuses on proactive and reactive maintenance of HVAC plant, with responsibilities across AHUs, FCUs, UPS, BMS set points and basic electrical checks. The ideal candidate has building services HVAC experience, strong mechanical and plumbing knowledge, and a smart, client-facing presentation for daily client interactions around

Qualifications

• HVAC Building services / facilities maintenance background.
• Strong Mechanical / Plumbing knowledge.
• Building Services / HVAC / Mechanical NVQ Level 3 preferred.
• Understanding of HVAC plant in a commercial environment (not domestic).
• Basic Electrical knowledge.
• Must be smart, presentable and client facing with daily site interactions.
• Ideal candidate should be able to commute to W1 / Oxford Circus and visit sites within 15 minutes walking distance.

Responsibilities

• Planned Maintenance on HVAC plant, undertaking reactives and PPM's.
• Conduct site walk rounds and complete reports.
• AHU's, FCU's.
• Tap / Temp checks.
• Checking UPS systems.
• Checking / repairing sanitary ware, toilets, taps etc.
• Changing lamps.
• Changing belts / pumps etc.
• Changing / cleaning filters.
• Minor alterations to BMS set points.

Foot Mobile Mechanical / HVAC Engineer to cover sites in West Central London salary to £48k plus overtime and great benefits.

Our client is a leading technical services provider who specialises in High profile Commercial Buildings Nationwide. Due to contract awards they are looking for a Foot Mobile Mechanical / HVAC Engineer to cover a number of sites in West Central London.

Role

• Planned Maintenance on HVAC plant, undertaking reactives and PPM's
• Conduct site walk rounds and complete reports.
• AHU's, FCU's
• Tap / Temp checks
• Checking UPS systems
• Checking / repairing sanitary ware, toilets, taps etc.
• Changing lamps
• Changing belts / pumps etc
• Changing / cleaning filters
• Minor alterations to BMS set points.

Location

Covering a small number of high end commercial buildings in West Central London. Generally within a 15 min walk of Oxford Circus as a guide.

Experience required

• HVAC Building services / facilities maintenance background.
• Strong Mechanical / Plumbing knowledge
• Building Services / HVAC / Mechanical qualified NVQ Level 3 preferred
• Understanding of HVAC plant in a commercial environment (not domestic).
• Basic Electrical knowledge
• Must be smart and presentable, have excellent communication skills and be client facing as you will be interacting with the client on site on a daily basis.
• Ideal candidate will be happy to commute to W1 / Oxford Circus area and visit sites within a 15min walk radius.

Salary / benefits

• Competitive salary to £48k based on 40hrs
• Good overtime rates including time & half and double time.
