• Maximise sales to Independent Fast Food Operators & Caterers in a defined region.
• Create a targeted group of customers as key trading accounts with Sales Manager.
• Effectively manage a journey plan covering all relevant customers.
• Identify, register and recruit new accounts to increase sales and net customer count.
• Work with key supplier partners to develop sales initiatives with accounts.
• Carry out any other duties defined by the Regional Sales Manager.
