Job summary

Frive is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join our Rainham on-site team. You will analyse and optimise end-to-end supply chain operations using data analysis, BI, and strategic planning, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.

The role focuses on material planning, forecasting accuracy, inventory performance, and working capital. You will work with Procurement, Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Commercial teams to drive improvements and deliver results from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG supply chains.
• Strong skills in translating forecasts into production plans and material requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply planning, translating forecasts into production and material plans.
• Run and improve S&OP cycles across commercial, manufacturing, and finance stakeholders.
• Manage Material Requirements Planning to ensure materials and finished goods availability.
• Maintain BOMs with allergens, shelf life, and specs.
• Develop and refine demand forecasts and rolling risk/opportunity views.
• Monitor supplier performance (OTIF, lead times, SLAs) and drive improvements.
