Job summary

Frive is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst to analyse and optimise end-to-end supply chain operations from Rainham, Essex. You will own material planning, translate forecasts into production plans, and collaborate across Procurement, Operations, Finance and Commercial teams.

The role emphasizes data analysis, BI reporting, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. 40 hours per week, on-site with occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing, preferably with short shelf-life products.
• Experience with BOMs, allergens, shelf life, and product specifications.
• Strong procurement and supplier performance metrics knowledge (OTIF, lead-time, SLAs).
• Experience building and interpreting complex SQL queries and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply planning translating forecasts into production and material plans.
• Lead S&OP cycle aligning demand, supply and inventory with stakeholders.
• Manage Material Requirements Planning to ensure materials and finished goods availability.
• Refine BOMs with allergen and shelf-life accuracy; support NPD with specs.
