We currently have an opportunity for a casual Food Service Assistant/Barista to join our team. Role Responsibilities

1. Welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving beverages
2. Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering excellent service
3. Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining cleanliness and safety
4. Preparing and serving freshly ground coffee to standard
5. Keeping tables clean and condiment stations well stocked
6. Answering questions and making suggestions about food and beverage options

The Ideal Candidate

1. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential if you have excellent people skills
2. Barista experience is a plus but not required
3. A positive, approachable attitude is essential for this customer-facing role
4. You should be a role model for great service as the first face many visitors see
5. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude are important
6. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
