Sodexo is hiring a Food Service Assistant at Highworth Warneford School. You will help prepare and serve food, and keep kitchens and dining areas clean and well-organised. The role supports a busy service with emphasis on hygiene and customer service.

The position is part-time, term-time only (39 weeks) with permanent status, offering flexible hours and training. It suits someone seeking good work-life balance within a team-focused school environment.

About the Role

As a Food Service Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day running of a busy food service operation. From preparing and serving food to keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean and organised, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly.

You’ll work as part of a supportive team delivering great service while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Term Time Only – Equated Pay
This role works XX weeks per year. Your salary will be paid in equal monthly instalments across 12 months, meaning you receive consistent pay throughout the year, including during school closure periods.
