Job summary

Sodexo Ltd is hiring a Food Service Assistant at Hillmorton Primary School in Rugby to support daily dining operations, help with meal preparation and serving, and maintain clean, hygienic kitchen and dining areas.

This part-time, term-time role offers 16.25 hours per week at £12.71 per hour, with training provided. You will work Monday–Friday and join a supportive team focused on high-quality service and safeguarding.

About the Role

As a

Food Service Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day running of a busy food service operation. From preparing and serving food to keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean and organised, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly.

Additional Information

Term Time Only – Equated Pay

This role works 38 weeks per year. Your salary will be paid in equal monthly instalments across 12 months, meaning you receive consistent pay throughout the year, including during school closure periods.
