Job summary

Aramark UK is hiring a Food Service Assistant for a permanent, full-time role based at Aldergrove Flying Station, Crumlin. You will serve customers, operate tills, and prepare drinks and foods while ensuring high standards of hygiene and service.

The position requires transport due to site location; DBS checks apply, and there are generous benefits and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• 12 months’ experience in a busy kitchen or food service environment.
• Legal right to work in the UK and ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks.
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serving customers, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy.
• Operate tills, handle cash, and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Prepare hot and cold drinks, serve food, and keep counters stocked.
• Make grab-and-go items like sandwiches, wraps, and paninis.
• Maintain cleanliness front and back of house, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Receive and store deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation and minimal waste.

Annual salary: £26,527.29
Contract type: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, including some weekend work

What we’re looking for:
