Job summary

Aramark UK at Kinloss Barracks is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to join our Defence team. The role is permanent full-time with 35 hours per week, operating mainly front-of-house duties, serving food and beverages, and handling tills.

You will work varying shifts between 0600 and 1830, enjoy on-site parking and staff discounts, and report to the on-site General Manager. 18+ eligibility and UK residence for security checks are required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing or food service experience is desirable (training provided)
• Must be 18+
• Eligible to work in the UK and have resided for 3+ years (security clearance required)
• Reliable transport due to site location and limited public transport.

Aramark UK is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant to join our Defence team at Kinloss Barracks. This is a permanent full-time role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and working in a fast-paced environment.

You'll mainly work front-of-house, supporting day-to-day operations by serving food and beverages, operating tills, keeping dining areas clean, and assisting both front and back of house. You'll deliver excellent customer service and report to the General Manager on site.
