Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a friendly hospitality worker for Northwood, offering flexible hours and a zero hours contract. You will serve food and beverages, keep areas clean, and help deliver great customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Serving food and beverages to customers.
• Cleaning back of house areas, crockery, and cutlery.
• Cleaning and tidying counters, preparation areas, light equipment, machines, and public areas.
• Performing basic cold food preparation and made-to-order food services.
• Restocking goods and ensuring merchandise displays are maintained to a high standard.
• Reporting customer feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock requirements, breakages, faults, and hazards to the line manager.
• Completing daily paperwork and maintaining accurate records as required.
• Following food hygiene, food safety, and health and safety procedures at all times.
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day catering and hospitality operations.
• Delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for all customers.

Job Description

Location: Northwood, HA6 3HP
Hours: Flexible, as and when required
Contract: Zero Hour Contract
Rate of Pay: £13.45 per hour
