The role:

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with excellent food knowledge, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and coaching your team to maintain high standards
• Can manage the line, plan shifts, and love working with the team
• Understands food, health and safety standards, and has knowledge of financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Loves celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
